Shipping Policy
   


SADDLE TRIALS
We are happy to send you a saddle (or two!) to try. We understand that there is simply no way to tell if a saddle will work for you and your horse without actually riding in it. We do ask that you bear the following policies in mind.

The trial period is 5 days from the time you receive the saddle, unless you are in contact with us to make other arrangements. Please email us with a tracking number for the saddle when you mail it back.

You may place the saddle directly on the horse to evaluate fit, but if you return the saddle, please clean it first.

If you ride in the saddle, please take care not to mar the flaps. Riding without stirrup leathers or wrapping the leathers (saran wrap or tube socks) are both ways to prevent this. If a saddle is returned with signs of abrasion on the flaps, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed as the saddle can no longer be sold as "new".

If you wish to EXCHANGE the saddle for a different size, after you have purchased it, please contact us. If the saddle is in excellent condition (new condition) this may be possible. If we decide to exchange the saddle, and it is not in new condition, the restocking fee will apply.

Please be sure to carefully evaluate fit and comfort, including girthing up and sitting in the saddle, and even riding without leathers for a while. In this way, you'll be more certain that you are making the right choice for you and your horse. Please remember you are responsible for making the decision on fit. A saddle fitter may be useful in helping you make this decision. As well, a saddle fitter may be able to help you decide if a flocking adjustment is required. As not all horse's toplines are the same, an adjustment may be needed to ensure perfect fit.

Payment guarantee is required by credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Payment will not be processed unless you decide to purchase the saddle.

 
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to you is included in the purchase price.

Customer is responsible for insured, returned shipping.

Please email us with a tracking number when returning saddles.

We ship using Canada Post.

If you wish us to ship via another service, a surcharge of the difference between Canada Post and the other service will be charged.
